Who's going to get out of the East?

With less than a month remainig,questions have been raised about the formation of the playoff tree.

Can the Toronto Raptors,who are on a great momentum,upset LeBron's dominance and the Boston Celtics?

There can be no doubt that lately the Raptors are playing great basketball and they are looking ready for a Finals apperance.Derozan has been outstanding since the beginning of the year, and he has lead his team to the first seed of the Eastern Conference with less than 15 games left.He is also enjoining his name in the MVP conversation for the first time in his career

However,despite their success,we believe that the Eastern Conference Finals are their sky.
And that's because of  the existence of two other Basketball Gods:Lebron James and  Kyrie Irving
As far as the Celtics goes,they have been playing great team basketball and they have developed an ideal chemistry.Although Kyrie might not have the averages we expected him to have,we all know that he can absolutely take off at anytime.And that time,is the Playoffs.From our point of view,the Celtics have way more possibilities to advance to the Finals,compared to the Raptors,because if we take a look back at previous seasons,Toronto has been struggling in the playoffs to step up to the hype of their regular seasons' success.Keep also in mind that Gordon Hayward might be coming back
 

What about LeBron  and the Cavs?Can they turned the switch on again?

Well,we are witnessing from them the worst defense ever,according to statistics.They are just so pathetic.There is no team effort and they are concentrating on offense exclusively.Yes,offense wins games,but defense wins championships.On the one hand,they have become more athletic and versatile,with their last additions,but on the other side they have lost big time players.Although the Cavaliers have been looking way worse than past years,they are holding a huge advantage against any other team:They have the best player on the planet playing for them.The only reason why the Cavaliers are serious contenders is LeBron James.The man is just ridiculous.In his 15th season he is still able to carry his team throughout the season.As far as the playoffs goes,the King has always proved that he is a different animal when the postseason arrives.His greatness just cannot be limited by the Raptors,nor the Celtics

To conclude,we strongly believe that the Cavs are going to win the East.Yes, the competition has become much more threatening,but there is something which is called Playoff LeBron,something which cannot be stopped by anyone in the East
